Fusion is committed to developing new therapeutic antibodies for the treatment of cancer. Our lead compound, Fsn 0503, is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting cathepsin S. The company uses an in-house proteomic and genomic platform - FET™ - to drive the selection of cell surface targets.
Through this process, Fusion has identified a number of additional development candidates, including Fsn 0306, which has been shown to block cancer growth in xenograft models, and Fsn 1006, a monoclonal antibody which attenuates tumour cell growth and invasion. All targets work in combination with conventional chemotherapy.
